Designers and Landscapers Announced for the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties Upcoming Designer Showhouse
Durham, NC February 21, 2004-The Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties is pleased to announce the area landscapers and designers selected to participate in their Spring Designer Showhouse event, to be held April 24 to May 9 in Durham, N.C. at the Whitehall Terrace mansion.
Local designers and landscapers were invited to preview the Whitehall Terrace mansion in the fall of 2003 and submit their proposals for renovating specific rooms in the house. The selected participants will work for several weeks prior to the opening to transform their design space into a showcase for their talent, ideas, styles and products.

Proceeds from public admissions to the Whitehall Terrace showhouse and gardens, related special events, corporate and private sponsorship and program advertisements will support community projects undertaken by the Junior League of Durham and Orange Counties that focus on improving the lives of senior citizens.
